The Barn
The Barn provides 2000 square feet of space, accommodating up to 100 people for a sit-down event. It is the ideal spot for weddings, family reunions, and other gatherings. .

The Pavilion
The Pavilion is another great location for a wedding or event. The capacity of the Pavilion is 200+ guests. A breezeway connects the Pavilion to the Barn.

The Grounds
The grounds includes a beautiful 2 acre lake that can be used as a ceremony spot, as well as a large firepit area with seating. Cornhole and frisbee golf are available on the grounds.

We allow you to choose your own vendors which include catering, bartender, florist, photographer, etc. We do have relationships and partnerships in these areas if you so need assistance.
Pin Oak Farms requires a $1,000,000 insurance policy for the day of your wedding. The secondary insured on this policy must be Ron and Windy Butler.
If you are serving alcohol, you must include liquor liability if not already provided by the caterer.
